I guess some of you may be wondering who I am and why I’ve written Puppy Power, well I’m a veterinary surgeon who has been passionate about animals and nature my whole life, knowing at a very young age that I wanted to be a vet and an ambassador for animal welfare.
Having worked as a vet in small animal practice for over ten years I know the
joy of cuddling a cute, warm puppy that has come in for a routine check up! Happy
puppies are one of the reasons I love my job so much!
Unfortunately I have also encountered many sad and devastating situations when people have purchased puppies without the correct information on buying a puppy, or on a whim, or from dire conditions.
